@apulianas the app I used for this is Happy Scale, which tracks your rolling average weight. This is because your weight can vary a few pounds even during the course of a day.

@PhoneBoy Awesome, I will try it out. I have been reluctant to gather too many data points for that reason but this would help make sense of it all.
@apulianas some people say weigh yourself once a week, others say to do it every day. I do it every day I’m home. You may also want to measure your waist regularly as well as that will sometimes show progress the scale will not.
@PhoneBoy thanks. Looking over all my health data is interesting too. You can see the times of year when I fluctuate up and down. My lowest is 215 and I’m at 230 now. Trying to get to 210.
@apulianas I haven’t been at 215 for more than 15 years. I’m getting close to 230.
